Not all pictures of the animals are in plain view. This should help you!
1)Bug: After obtaining the camera; you'll notice a bug. Snap a picture of it!
2)Human: In the lighthouse, or anywhere else for that matter.
3)Armadillo: Outside the lighthouse. Will try to hide if you get too close.
4)Seagull: Flying outside of the lighthouse.
5)Can be found sleeping inside of the lighthouse.
6)Goat Humanoid: Located within the lighthouse, or the Akuda bar.
7) Another bug: Kick a barrel inside of the lighthouse.
8)Pig Humanoid: Make sure to take a picture of Pey'j.
Get the zoom lens before heading into the garage!
9)Rhino Humanoid: Mammago's garage.
10) Sea serpent: Slightly trickier. Take a picture of any Dom-Z Sea serpent, or go to a cave located near black-isle.
11)Bovine Humanoid: The Akuda bar.
12)Anteater Humanoid: Inside the Akuda bar.
13)Chicken Humanoid: New's vendor in the pedestrian district of the city.
14)Walrus Humanoid: City's pedestrian district, or you can go to Ming tzu's shop and take a photo of him.
15)Yet another bug: Black Isle's entrance.
16)Exploding fungus: Ancient mine in Black Isle.
17)Crystal like anemone: Can be found in Black Isle, or the Volcano.
18)Chronax: Can be found in Black Isle, Factory, and Volcano.
19)Opaque Jellyfish: Either Black Isle, or Volcano.
20)Clear Jellyfish: Black Isle, or Volcano.
21)Glowing wall stalks: Loos at the walls in Black Isle. Can usually be found hanging on them.
22)Giant Snail: In Black Isle.
23)Flying glow worm: Ancient mine in black Isle. Kick the power box!
24)Vanishing Amoeba: Ancient mine in Black Isle.
25)Star wars type alien: Black Isle air duct/entrance. After getting the wrench.
26)Dinosaur type Snail: Black Isle air duct/entrance. After getting the wrench.
27) Flying nautilus type creature: Black Isle. After Getting wrench.
28)Another Bug: Black Isle. After getting the wrench.
29) Black Isle Boss Battle: In Black Isle.
30) Scorpion fish creature: Located in the Hillys Ocean.
31) Cat Humanoid: Located in IRIS Headquarters in the pedestrian district.
32) Flying manta creature: Located near the factory in the Hillys ocean.
33) Red whale: In Hillys Ocean near Black Isle.
34) Blue whale: Near the slaughterhouse in the Hillys ocean.
35) Another Flying manta: Near the slaughterhouse in the Hillys ocean.
36)Fireflies/Lightning bug: Located at the tree near the lighthouse. They only appear at night.
37)Shed bugs: Pedestrian district shed. You need the passcode, and food.
38) Macropedia worm: Located in the Alpha section underground area.
39) Blue Vorax: Located at the factory entrance.
40) Black rat: Located in the factory, and slaughterhouse.
41) Dom Z Sarcophagi: During the factory ambush.
42) Brown mouse rodents: Factory, and x-ray verification room.
43) Cyclops reaper: A factory mini boss battle. Take a picture!
44) Mosquito: In the factory lab; on a dead cows nose.
45) Spiders: Located at the factory near the jet shoes.
46) Dipnoifish: Located in the hangar docks, or factory area after meeting Agent MM.
47) Frogs: Located at the Vorax lair entrance.
48) Water worm: In the Slaughterhouse Quarter.
49) Koi fish: Snap a picture of them in Ming Tzu's shop. Located in the pedestrian district.
50) Flying trilobite creature: At the slaughterhouse entrance.
51) Fire type creature: Located at the slaughterhouse surveillance room. Go across the gate, and reach the furthermost point.
52) Bubble type creature: At the slaughterhouse trolley entrance.
53) Another amoeba: In the slaughterhouse after the bubble creature. Make sure to press the switch.
54) Yet another amoeba: Located inside the volcano at the hovercraft dock.
55) Zlegotter: After the lighthouse has been destroyed; go to the top of the lighthouse, and look carefully. There will be a creature there.
56)Giant whale in space: After you have the means to travel into space; you should spot a whale fairly easily.
